Vegan Nutrition Q&A: Plant Burgers

There's a tidal wave of interest in plant-sourced burgers that are so close to beef burgers omnivores can't tell the difference. Since I get asked about them all the time in my day to day life, I wanted to share some thoughts, from my various perspectives as a vegan, an environmentalist, and a holistic nutritionist.
