Seekh Kebab Burger | Kravings

Where kebabs are concerned in India, Seekh Kebabs are king. Using the same recipe, I'm made this recipe into a patty form. I love to make a large batch of these and freeze them in stacks for when I need them. Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe! Seekh Kebab Burger 2 cups finely diced Onion 2 - 3 chillies Salt 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) lean Beef 1 tsp here Coriander seeds 1 tsp Peppercorns 1 tbsp each of Ginger & Garlic paste The crushed pepper & coriander 2 tsp Chilli powder 2 tsp Cumin powder 2 tsp Garam Masala Salt to taste 1/2 cup diced Coriander Add Salt to the Onion and chilli and tie in a cheese cloth to strain all the water out Add all the ingredients including the onion to a food processor and process Make into patties and chill in the freezer before grilling Bookmark the recipe on my blog - LET'S GET SOCIAL Snapchat: KravingsFA I’m a passionate home cook who loves a food adventure.
